We offer all repairs listed on our website by mail. The process could not be more simple!
How it works.
1. Fill out the form on the right with as much information as possible. The more we know, the more we can help. Include passcode/password or remove it if possible.
2. We will email a shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Very carefully package up your device with bubble wrap or some type of packing materials. Print out the label we sent and attach it to the box. Drop it off at your local US Post Office.
4. We will send an invoice via PayPal that can be paid with PayPal funds or any credit/debit card.
5. Receive your good-as-new device 2-3 business days later and thank us for our amazing work.
Turn around time.
As soon as we receive your item, we will turn fix it and mail it back by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day.
We guarantee all repairs with a 90-day parts and labor warranty and will cover the shipping costs.
