Are you or anyone you know interested in becoming part of a growing, amazing, incredibly fun to work with, team of awesomeness? We are looking for an electronics repair technician to join our squad! The position will be at our Rock Hill location. This is a 30-35 hour a week position with an above-industry-average pay. We pay more because we expect more! Here is the job description:

ELECTRONICS REPAIR TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least one year of cell phone-related experience required
-At least one year of customer service experience required
-At least one year of electronics repair experience required
-Perform required functionality tests
-Primary job duties will be to replace defective parts from cell phones such as replacing LCD, Touch Screen, Housings, Keypads, Speakers, Cameras, and Side Buttons
-Associates must be able to troubleshoot phone for defects to identify the problem, and replace parts needed
-Experience in Apple, Android, Windows devices required
-All the above applies to tablets, iPads, game systems, computers, and other electronic devices
-Candidates should have a basic working knowledge of soldering using a hot air station and soldering iron
-Candidates should be able to identify problems with devices and replace parts including but not limited to charge ports, power switch, etc.
-Candidates must pass a live test on phone assembly and disassembly

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Complete all repairs as assigned to maintain a high standard of quality
-Ensure proper operation and completion of assigned tasks
-Interact with leadership, store personnel and end-user customers
-Maintain a high quality of work and technical skills
-Maintain productivity requirements
-Ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner
-Ensure compliance with company policy and service best practices
-Examine/Test device and operation prior to beginning a repair
-Meticulous note taking and excellent communication skills
-Ensure that all repair and testing tools are in proper working condition
-Determine parts to be replaced and provide cost estimates
-Responsible for greeting customers and answering phone calls
-Check customers into POS system, go over warranty and return policies
-Process sales and repair transactions with various payment methods
-Additional duties as assigned
